Hi, I’m Meesh, founder of Soma Dose and a movement, fitness, and yoga instructor with over 13 years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies, their strength, and their own inner wisdom.
Like many women, I started my wellness journey chasing smallness—believing fitness was about shrinking, controlling, and pushing through. But over time (and through my own healing from the cycles of undereating and overexercising), I’ve come to see movement as a practice of sustainability, strength, flexibility, and balance—not punishment or perfection.
Now in my 40s, my personal approach to wellness has shifted—because what I want from my body and for my life has evolved. I move differently. I rest more intentionally. I eat to support energy, not aesthetics. I recover like it matters. And most importantly, I’ve learned to trust my body again—and I want that for you, too.
As a lifelong learner, I’m deeply committed to continuing education and staying grounded in the latest movement science and wellness research. But I also know that in an industry overflowing with noise, what we often need is less input—not more—so we can finally hear ourselves. You don’t need another rigid protocol. You need support, space, and someone who sees you.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers—but I do know how to help you ask the right questions, build a plan that’s truly yours, and follow through with accountability, compassion, and clarity. Whether you're here for strength, flexibility, nervous system regulation, nutrition guidance, perimenopause support, or simply a quieter, more intentional wellness space—you’re in the right place.
Having worked in countless studios and fitness spaces over the years, I’ve seen what works—and what leaves people feeling disconnected. That’s why I created Soma Dose: to offer something different. A space where you’re seen. Where your voice matters. Where you can show up exactly as you are and take what you need—no more, no less.
Soma Dose is my long-held vision brought to life. A space for the doers, the feelers, the seekers, and the women who are ready to stop chasing and start returning—to themselves.
I can’t wait to welcome you.
